If you are actively involved in specialist seating and would like to attend one of our free specialist seating and postural management training via study days or virtual webinars, please email training@careflex.co.uk or sign up for our email list. We email those who have signed up to receive our emails, webinar and registration details one month before each event. Everyone will receive a certificate of attendance for personal development records if required.

Helapet Christmas Closure Dates

Every year we schedule a shutdown of our facility over the Christmas and New Year period to allow our teams time with their family and friends over this celebratory season. We continue that tradition this year. We will be closed from Wednesday 24^th December until Thursday 1^st January 2026. We will reopen on Friday 2^nd January 2026. If you would like your orders despatched before the Christmas holiday period, please consider our schedule, which can be viewed via the link.

Helapet Staff Sponsored Walk for Charity

A group of Helapet staff recently raised £235 after completing a Sponsored Charity Walk around Houghton Hall Park. The group of 12 participants took on the challenge in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital, our nominated 2025 charity. Supported by good weather, the team completed the walk to help boost our fundraising total for the year. All donations we have raised will go to support Great Ormond Street’s vital work in treating difficult cancers, improving diagnosis and making new medical breakthroughs.
