Clinimed (Holdings) Limited was formed in 1991 following the acquisition and formation of a number of additional companies within the Group. It derived its name from the founding company, Clinimed Limited.
Clinimed (Holdings) Limited is the overall parent company and is proud to have been awarded Investors in People Gold accreditation.
The Group comprises eight operating companies all providing specialist products and services to the healthcare market.

Since graduating from Nottingham Trent with a degree in Public Administration, Sean has completed Diplomas in Marketing, Company Direction and a Masters in International Marketing and is currently a Chartered Director.
Sean joined the Group in 1990 and during his time with the Group has worked in many of the businesses in various positions including Managing Director and Chairman roles for Clinimed, Flexible Medical Packaging, Helapet, Hydrokem Aerosols, Securicare (Medical), and Welland Medical.
In his role as Group Chief Executive, Sean reports to Nigel Piercey, Chairman of the Board of Clinimed (Holdings) Limited.
Sean is married to Jane, has two children and a dog and is a keen archer having recently taken up the sport with his family.
Jo joined the group in November 2024 as Group Director of Legal & Company Secretary and is a strategic and trusted advisor with sound counsel in all areas affecting global and local businesses. Jo has extensive experience in compliance and business ethics, corporate and commercial, trade practices, data privacy, cyber security, company secretarial and corporate governance, and government relations. She is recognised for understanding both business, risk, legal and compliance complexities, and for creating, building and developing effective teams across international regions.
Prior to joining the group, Jo was VP & Associate General Counsel for MillerKnoll, Inc., the design manufacturer, and had responsibility for legal, risk, governance and corporate compliance matters across its international operations reaching over 80+ countries. Jo also held senior leadership roles at Smiths Group Plc where, latterly, she was Associate General Counsel for its medical device division, Smiths Medical, and responsible for each of EMEA and APAC regions. Jo trained and spent a decade at Linklaters (and also spent five years in private practice with Hogan Lovells).
Jo is a Solicitor of England & Wales, holds a BSc in Law and Russian from the University of Surrey and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course (from Nottingham Trent).
Jo has lived in Moscow, Prague and Hong Kong in the last two decades, and is now settled in London. She is married with a school-aged daughter, and a young border collie.
Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young and holds a degree in Geography from Southampton University. He joined the group in September 2021 as Group Director of Finance and brings with him a wealth of commercial and operational experience gained within diverse manufacturing organisations both at a business unit and divisional level.
Prior to his appointment Peter held various senior finance positions with Associated British Foods (ABF) plc and ICI plc. Roles at Associated British Foods included Group Finance Director at Allied Milling and Baking, Finance Director at Jordans, Dorset & Ryvita as well as the overall UK Grocery Group Divisional Finance Director.
Peter is married with two children as well as an energetic Springer Spaniel.
Nick joined the group in November 2022 as Group Director of Human Resources and is a highly experienced and proven HR leader supporting senior leaders across all business functions and different industries; providing strategic leadership, critical thinking and coaching to achieve business success. He is passionate for creating and empowering engaged workplaces.
Prior to joining the group, Nick was Regional HR Director for Medpace leading an HR team to deliver full employee life cycle support in a high growth environment. Previously, Nick held various senior HR leadership positions in Thermo Fisher Scientific, predominately supporting the sales, marketing and operations functions, including living in the US for 3 years delivering a cultural transformation program to support and enable business growth. Nick has held specialist roles in employee engagement and compensation and benefits.
Nick is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from University of Westminster.
Nick is married with two children and a dog!
